Skarda and Associates has been intimately involved with the revitalization of many Baltimore City neighborhoods and the EBH3 program. Initially, a site visit is scheduled to assess the overall structural stability of the framing, making recommendations for repair or replacement and maintaining or bringing up to code, all the while remaining within the historic guidelines for stabilization of the existing walls and stairs.
